KULMIS Logistics and Construction Company was founded in 2021. The selected company assignments presented here begin in 2022. Earlier hospitality experience belongs to the leadership’s work before KULMIS was founded.

Assignment: Food/ration supply and logistics for the Jubaland Security Forces.

Client: Ministry of Finance, Jubaland State.
Assignment: Fuel supply, transportation and logistics for the Jubaland Security Forces.
Period: 2022–2024.
2023 | Revenue Department Premises
Client: Jubaland Ministry of Finance.
Location: Kismayo.
Assignment: Construction and development of Revenue Department premises.
Year: 2023.
Bula Bartire Irrigation Project
Location: Bula Bartire, Kismayo District, Jubaland State.
Scope: Water tower, solar-powered pumping component and related materials supply.
Programme context: Rehabilitation initiative supported through Jubaland’s Ministry of Finance with World Bank funding, as described in the company record.
The photo record covers excavation, roof-truss assembly, the finished elevated tower, solar installation and HDPE pipeline delivery. Activity dates are being reconciled; photographs should not be read as evidence of a single completion date for the entire programme.
